Refund Notes

Open Round does not sell Street Fighter 6 and does not take payment on the question, account or contact forms. This sample note describes how a refund would work only if a paid written guide were later confirmed in writing from Long House, Dreyersdal Farm Rd, Cape Town, 7945, South Africa. Fighter passes, Drive Tickets and the game itself are Capcom or store purchases, and those sellers set their own refund rules.

Before any payment

A question about a matchup, a World Tour bond or a Year 4 fighter can be ignored, edited or resent. Nothing is charged when you submit the form on this static site. Until written confirmation and payment exist, the form is not an order for a guide, a cabinet, or a copy of Street Fighter 6.

If a paid guide existed

On a live service, a cancellation more than 48 hours before the promised delivery date could receive a refund minus a handling fee named in the confirmation. The email would list the topic, the patch date and how funds return to the original payment method. Rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act that cannot be excluded would still apply if the guide was not provided as described.

Closer to delivery

Inside 48 hours, a custom matchup note might be non-refundable or limited to a credit, and that rule would be stated before you pay and again on the confirmation. If the desk failed to deliver the guide, the reply path would be a rewrite or a refund, described when you write in. Capcom's own refunds for the game are not handled here.

How to ask

Send a refund question through the contact form with your name, the guide topic and the confirmation reference. Choose the refund subject in the list. You may also email [email protected] or call +27 21 713 4008. Keep the receipt so the amount can be matched. There is nothing to refund on a demonstration form that never charged you.
