The situation
Corner Burnout, a raw Drive Rush, or a Battle Hub cabinet set. One sentence of context beats a character name alone.
Roster context
Year 4 is new faces, not a reunion
Director Takayuki Nakayama has said the Year 4 line leans on newcomers so the game can reach players who did not grow up on the old cast. Yasmine and Arjun are in. Tifa is slated for early 2027. Bosch is slated for spring 2027, with a moveset that is not his World Tour kit.
If a forum claims an extra guest this month, treat it as talk until Capcom posts it. We will say the same thing in the reply.

Nakayama has talked publicly about single-player work continuing after World Tour stopped gaining new masters, and about Year 4 aiming at new players. That is a quote. A blurry roster screenshot with no Capcom post is a rumor. Tell us which one you found and we will sort it.
