Privacy Note
This page explains what Open Round describes collecting when you ask a Street Fighter 6 question, open a reader account, or write the desk at Long House, Dreyersdal Farm Rd, Cape Town, 7945, South Africa. It is a sample notice for this static site. South African privacy expectations, including principles in the Protection of Personal Information Act, guide the wording. It is not a live processing contract, and it does not cover a Capcom account.
What a form can include
Name, email, fighter, Classic or Modern, patch or season, and the free-text note sent through the question, contact, login and account forms. We may also see whether you asked for patch mail. These demonstration forms do not store personal data on a server after you leave the page. A live desk would keep only what is needed to answer you at [email protected] or +27 21 713 4008.
Why the desk would keep it
To answer a matchup, send a patch note you asked for, and remember the fighters on a reader account. Contact details help the desk match your question to the right mode. Open Round does not sell personal data in this demonstration and would not use a question for unrelated marketing without a clear choice on a live service.
Who else could see it
A live desk might share payment details with a processor only if a paid written guide were ever sold. That processor would receive the payment data for the transaction, not your matchup history. We do not pass reader notes to advertisers through this demonstration, and we do not send the form to Capcom. Any live sharing would stay limited to answering you or meeting South African privacy rules.
Asking for a copy or a deletion
You can ask for a copy, a correction or a deletion through the contact page, by emailing [email protected] or by calling +27 21 713 4008 and naming the form you used. Also read the cookie note for the local flag on your device, and the site terms for how reader accounts are described.
How long a note would stay
On a live service, question records would be kept for the period South African privacy and tax rules require, then removed or archived so a correction can still be checked. This demonstration keeps nothing after you close the page. If a paid guide were ever offered, the retention schedule would be confirmed in writing before payment.
Need this note in writing?
Use the contact form and mention this privacy note so the desk can reply to the right page. You can also email [email protected] or call +27 21 713 4008 on weekdays.
